A Journey of Art and Heritage. Villa Idalina is a stunning palace, built in 1911 and nestled in the north of Portugal. Today, after years of rich history, Susana and Andrés lovingly run this magnificent hotel.
My first collaboration with them was curating Villa Idalina's inaugural art exhibition, HERENCIA, in June 2024. This event showcased the work of over 30 multidisciplinary national and international artists. Since then, our creative journey hasn't stopped; that exhibition was just the beginning.
On May 11, 2025, the first textile collection was unveiled. My role was as an illustrator, drawing elements of the house inspired by its captivating history. I worked hand-in-hand with the talented Diana Durán, who masterfully crafted the patterns that brought the collection to life.
Un Viaje de Arte y Herencia. Villa Idalina es un impresionante palacete construido en 1911 y ubicado en el norte de Portugal. Hoy en día, tras años de rica historia, Susana y Andrés dirigen con cariño este magnífico hotel.
Mi primera colaboración con ellos fue comisariar la primera exposición artística de la Villa, HERENCIA, en junio de 2024. Este evento exhibió el trabajo de más de 30 artistas multidisciplinares nacionales e internacionales. Desde entonces, nuestra trayectoria creativa no ha cesado; esa exposición fue solo el principio de todo.
El 11 de mayo de 2025, se presentó la primera colección textil. Mi labor fue en calidad de ilustradora, dibujando elementos de la casa inspirados en su cautivadora historia. Trabajé mano a mano con la talentosa Diana Durán, quien elaboró magistralmente los estampados que dieron vida a la colección.
